Isn’t Tucker the lucky one, he’ll get extra food. Course extra food without the infection would be better. We hope he will respond well to the new treatment.

Dennis, Thanks for the awesome update on Tucker! We are keeping our paws crossed for him… we are also hoping that medicine he’s taking works wonders. Do you know if there are side effects? We don’t want him to end up with short little doxy legs because of it! not that there’s anything wrong with that! Hope you gets some extra noms to keep Tucker company.

Very pretty feetsies, Tucker! Lets hope that medicine from the doxies helps out. And even more meals? Dude, you totally need to give Dennis the big ‘neener-neener’! Heehee! Seriously though, we hope this works and you can get back to your regularly scheduled daily activities of eating and napping!

I have a rescue pit that was drug by a car and took doxycycline for several months because some of her abrasions went to the bone. It seemed to work very well. I also have another pit that got ehrlichia and he was given doxycycline too for 6 months and Pet Tinic to improve his blood. He has not had any further episodes from his ehrlichia. I’m just sharing my experience with this drug to let you know how much I feel it works. Me & my family are keeping you, Tucker and your family in our prayers. We have 8 front paws crossed in our home for you Tucker.
