Trixie Tuesday II

Hello nice readers, this is the Dada here. The ultrasound on The Beautiful Trixie has turned up some very bad news — a large and aggressive type of tumor partially blocking her small intestine and a smaller tumor on her adrenal gland — and so the dental surgery will not be going forward. We’re awaiting the results of X-Rays to find out if the very bad news will turn out to be even worse news. In the meantime, let’s all enjoy a picture of Trixie in her younger days:

We love you, Trixie.

The Beautiful Trixie is one of my most treasured friends and I want her to be JUST FINE (please convey this to your vet, Mr. Dada.) Trixie, I am sure you are not feeling well, but you and Mr. Dada need to keep us abreast of all the latest news.
Good luck and Dog Bless You.

Oh, no Dada and Trixie! I’m so sad to hear this. I’m crossing my paws that the dogtor finds better news and I’m sending my most powerful healing vibes and POTP. Lots of hugs to all of you and that pix is gorgeous.

Oh we just left a comment on the earlier post. So sorry to hear the bad news. As we said for so long with Phantom, just take it one day at a time and let Trixie be your guide. Hugs to all from each of us.

Sorry to hear about the tumor. Dogs cannot tell us when something is wrong, we just have to see it in their behavior. Our 12 year old dog “Mr. Perfect”, a visila mix just did not have his usual energy and stopped eating. Taking him to the vet they found a tumor on his thyroid gland that was starting to make him cough besides the other problems. We held on to him as they administered the medicine and let him smell my hand with his last breath. A very difficult time but it was best for him, not for us but they look to us to help them in those situations. We did not want to see him suffer anymore. Lots of tears and I still miss him. Hope all goes well with you. Jim

  5. I’m sorry also to hear the news. Unfortunately, this is so often how it happens. They can’t talk to us and we don’t know something’s wrong until it’s really wrong.
